In January 2017, we invited Stephen Frost to deliver a keynote lecture at the BBC’s first ever week-long diversity and inclusion event for staff, Divercity. Steve absolutely nailed the brief we gave him and really brought the subject to life… essential for those of us who had ’heard it all before’. By the end of the talk it was standing room only – word quickly spread across the site that this was not-to-be-missed. Staff are still talking about the session six months on.
